Product Damage


We strive to ensure that all products are of high quality before delivering them to our customers. However, if the product(s) are damaged during the delivery process, please reject to receive the product(s) and contact our customer service department within 7 days for arrangement.


Return

If you find any quality problems with the product(s) within 7 days, please contact our customer service department immediately for arrangement. Please note that all products purchased from our online shop cannot be exchanged or refunded in our retail stores. If the product(s) need to be returned to our company, we will assign a courier to collect the product(s) and the delivery charge will be borne by the customer. Additionally, please keep the product(s) in the same condition as when originally purchased before the courier collects them. Returned products should not be washed, cleaned, damaged, or used. Just Love Kids Shop has the absolute right to determine the condition of the products. Customers must provide a valid receipt for product returns under our return policy.


Just Love Kids Shop does not offer warranty service, and fair wear and tear is not a valid reason for return under our policy. Just Love Kids Shop reserves all rights regarding our return policy.
